Professional experience
With over 23 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am a seasoned senior leader specializing in strategic planning, team development, and operational excellence. Throughout my career, I have been committed to driving results, building high-performing teams, and leading with clarity and purpose.
Beyond my corporate career, I am a devoted single mother who understands firsthand the unique challenges and resilience required to navigate motherhood independently. Inspired by my own journey, I founded Better Together, an organization dedicated to empowering single mothers. Through this platform, I cultivate community, create safe spaces for connection, and provide access to shared resources and emotional support — reminding single moms that they are never alone. Expanding this mission, I have partnered with another incredible single mother to form Single Moms Rise, a collaborative movement focused on elevating, equipping, and empowering single mothers to thrive — not just survive. Together, we are building a powerful network rooted in strength, support, and shared success. I also proudly serve on the Board of Directors for Sparkle Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving single mothers and their families. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University. With a strong foundation in leadership, a heart for service, and lived experience as a single mother, I remain committed to making a meaningful impact — both professionally and within the communities I serve.
